Anyone running 35x12.5x 20 on wheels with 0 offset?

Want t buy new tires but not sure if 35x 12.5/20s will fit on my 15 Sierra 2500hd. The wheels I have 0 offset so I'm not sure and too much to spend and have them not fit and have to cut a lot. I have a 3.5 inch rough country lift in. Thanks

I just put on 37x12.5x20 with 20x9 0 offset wheels with a 6" Fabtech lift on my 2016 3500HD Denali with a little trimming of the front lower valance. I talked to Custom Offsets and they were correct with the fitment.
