2000 manual trans swap

My 4l60e needs to be rebuilt again.  Lost 2nd and 4th a few weeks ago.

Guy locally has a 5 speed manual with the clutch pedal and transfer case from a 2000 Silverado on Facebook.  If the pics are accurate, looks like he has all the trim that would be needed, and maybe the ECM.

So how hard of a swap would this be?

i'm thinking I'd need a clutch, flywheel, master and slave cylinders, hoses, probably need to run some wiring, need an ECM or mine programmed for M/T operation.  I believe the spline counts are different on the M/T xfer cases but having the case takes care of that.  I have a 5.3 - would the crank be bored for a pilot bearing/bushing?  Would I need a shortened/lengthened driveshaft?  Any special bracketry.

Considering I have to pull the trans no matter what, I'm thinking this might be doable.  He wants $600 for the trans and case.  I figure at least another $600 for the other parts I'd need but I'd never have to rebuild the 4l60e again...

Anyone done this successfully?
