Head Unit and Gage cluster

My truck does this thing where the head unit would have a mind if it’s own. It’ll start glitching out switching between the media and settings. When in radio mode it’ll pull up the list of radio stations and sometime would change stations. Also in the infotainment area where all my gages are it’ll jump from where my speed is to the media portion, and when I would switch to my speed it would jump back to media. Any solutions because it’s driving me crazy it would do it then it wouldn’t for a while and I’m getting real fed up with it.
