Strange Whining sound from driver dash

Ok, I have a strange problem that started as intermittent first and now is constant.   I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado LT Crew Cab with 39,000 + miles.   In the morning when truck is cold or if I've parked it awhile, when I start truck up and press the brake to put it into gear (Drive or reverse).   I get a strange whining sound coming from either under or upper driver side dash. Not sure, but I can hear it for a few seconds and then it fades out.  It's definitely not coming from outside.  Sometimes the whining is short and sometimes it's a little longer.   Once truck has been running and I park and start up when it hasn't been sitting awhile, I don't get the whining sound.  Will try to attach recorded sound and maybe someone can figure out what's causing it.   Appreciate any feedback.
