TPMS Light Flashing after replacing all 4

Can't find anything like my issue.  Bought 4 new ACDelco TPMS Sensors 13598771 for my 2010 2500HD.  Installed and shop used tool to program them.  Everything worked fine for about 2 weeks.  All of a sudden, one started reading low pressure.  Checked air pressure in tire and it was fine.  About a week later, a second sensor started reading low pressure.  Then the TPMS light started flashing each time I started the truck.  Went back to shop and had them reprogram them again.  Horn honked for each sensor like they are being recognized.  Their program tool also recognized each sensor as working.  But the same two still will not read in the truck and the TPMS light still flashes at each start up.  Has anyone run across this issue?  Not sure what else to do at this point.  I appreciate any help.  Thank you!
