Does any body know where i can find a new 10 spline by 10 spline coupler for my sm 465/np 205 combo or maybe a stronger replacement any help would be great thanks

Contact local machine shops... They could possibly build you a custom one.

 

All machined features would be easy to duplicate, except for the splines. They could make it out of any material you want, depending upon how strong you want it and how much you want to spend.
