No power to drivers door - replaced wiring harness, still no power. Fuse??

Started out with a message - Open and close drivers window, then went to intermittent power on drivers door, power would come back when truck warmed up but drivers window would not work. I replaced the door wiring harness and now I have NO power to the door at all.

Took truck to GM dealer - they found a wire shorting out under left side of instrument panel - 2 hrs later.
