Will Predator or HPP3 adjust part throttle shifts?

Anybody know for sure if the Predator or HPP3 will allow adjustment for part-throttle shifts? And, I've heard the Predator removes Torque Management, is this true? Is there a menu setting to enable/disable it or is it builtin to a power program or whatever? Are there any other programmers (other than LS1 or custom programming) that can adjust these settings?

Predator for my 03' works like this:

1. Shift adjustments are off the rpm and or speed.

2. Your TM can be faked out only be adding larger than stock tires meaning putting on tires that are of a size not offered by GM on your truck. The computer will not know how to adjust for the tire size. I think this can also be done by rim sizes as well meaning 245-75-18 but I am not sure

The predator removes the TM, it does it in the regular tune you put in. Fooling it by different tire size makes no sense.

I looked through the diablo sport manual and all the e-mails that I had with them and I can't find anywhere that says the tire size and TM. I could have sworn that it either said it some where or that they told me that. At any rate sorry for the incorrect info and thanks for setting me straight!!! I would never intentionally pass on bad info!! Just so you know I thought on my 6.0Liter the tune that came with the programmer sucked and the one that they emailed me rocked! Maybe the new programmers come with a different program?? I bought mine back in august of 03’ if that makes any difference? The Diablo programmer is really cool I love the ability to change all the settings and still use it as a code reader on my other vehicles.
