Took it back in for the rattle

This was my third trip back for the rattle. They put some dampners on and a clamp. Went 2 days without a sound.................guess what started today :( I really getting tired of this. I can't believe these guys can't fix this.

I had them change the oil too. I stopped to get gas on my way home and when I went to reset my odometer, I saw my engine oil life...........39%. I parked her in the garage and checked the oil right away to make sure the morons changed it.

Am I jinxed or what? I'm getting my accessories put on Monday, maybe I'll have to ask this guy to see if he knows what the rattle is.

I'm just losing faith with dealerships, this is getting really depressing. :smash:

Sorry about your rattle woes, at least it isn't vibrating like the last one. As far as the oil life monitor goes, they probably just forgot to reset it when they did the oil change. On my 99, it is reset by turning the key on and pumping the gas 3 times (or 5 times, I don't really remember, I just pump it a bunch of times when I have to reset it). The owner's manual should outline the reset procedure :withstupid:
