2004 Factory towin mirrors

I've got the factory power heated towing mirrors that extend out. One of my rubber boots is got a hole in it, large enough to cause concern. (I think it was a mouse...) I can't find anywhere to purchase a new boot, or even a pair. Everyone tells me I'll need to buy new mirrors from the dealership Big bucks!!! no thanks. Anyone got any info? I'd like to stay with these mirrors, but I don't want to worry about snow and crap getting inside the boot and screwing up my sh#@.

Can anyone tell me the part number to the power extend heated towing mirrors that were originally offered as an option for the '04 Silverado's? I would like to get them as a gift for my dad and would like OEM mirrors but need a part number if anyone has it.
