Stumble on gas let-off?

I have a stumble or "searching" when the truck is warm and I let off the gas or when I am crusing and BARELY press the gas pedal it stumbles or slightly bucks. If I have the gas any more than slightly pressed everything is fine. This is on a 90' with a 5.7 TBI with 110,000, I have just replaced the IACV with no change, any gueses on what it could or most likly is.
