Leaking Exhaust Manifold On My 03 8.1l

Hi all,

I have an 03 8.1l with an Allison and Magnaflow muffler. My right side manifold keeps cracking and is about to be replaced for the 4th time. The crack is always between the two middle pistons and the stealer has to always drill out and replace the helicoil in the head at the same spot. The truck only has a few months left on the extended warranty and I don't want to pay for manifold number 5.

 

I asked the service manager about swapping for after market and i'll pay the difference. He's checking into that, anyone have any ideas why this keep happening? The dealer advised that everything looks fone, nothing binding or pulling in the area.
