How To Program Remote 2007 Gmc Sierra (new Body)?

Need help with step by step instructions for programming keyless entry remote with remote start for 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 (new body style). Would like to avoid the expense of paying a dealer technician to do something I can do myself if I know the sequencing for programming the extra remote I have.

No, I searched the manual from cover to cover and cannot locate how to program the remote in the manual. That is why I am making the inquiry. I know all the remotes to the vehicle will need to be reprogrammed when the new remote is programmed as they must all be done at the same time in succession. I believe that you can program up to four remotes during this process. I just need to know what the programming sequence is to accompish the task. Any help with providing the information is appreciated. I've searched the internet and cannot find any information regarding the programming sequence. Some sites offer to provide the information for a fee. That may be the way I'll need to go if I can't find some help out there in cyberspace. Also, no the remote is not aftermarket. It is OEM.

Well, after I read your reply and sent you a reply last night I decided to dig into the owners manual again to make certain that I had not overlooked the information I was trying to find. You gave me the advice that I was looking for. I had overlooked the instructions when I searched previously for the reprogramming instructions in the manual. There it was on page 274 in the 2007 Sierra manual. Thanks for your reply. I have to go now and wipe the egg off my face.
