Steering Issues With Hummer H2 Wheels...anyone Else?

I recently put a set of chrome H2 wheels and 265x70x17 Toyo A/T tires on my 2007 classic HD2500.

I have a couple of issues that I am concerned about and am trying to find out if other guys have the same problems.

THe steering seems a lot heavier that it was with the 245x75x16 tires and stock wheels, and the steering wheel does not return to center when turning a corner (either direction)

I cranked up the psi to 65 front and 50 rear (unloaded) and this seemed to help a little, but not much...

Of course, the wheel offset is different and the wheels do stick out a bit in the front.

ANyone esle have these issues? Any suggestions for a fix??? thanks

Alignment...If the steering is not returning to center, the caster is off. As for the heavy feeling, that is due to the larger tire. All I can think of.

Changing the offset and tire size will bork up all sorts of stuff in the steering/handling departments. Every time I've put aftermarket rims on any vehicle with a different than stock offset or larger/smaller tires, it's either improved the handling or made it worse. Never stays the same. You're changing all sorts of geometry that the truck wasn't designed for. I'm not saying that your wheels are going to fly off or that it's going to burst into flame or anything...But it WILL change the handling characteristics of your truck.
