Well spent the new year installling a Ranch lift in my 2007 silverado, not the truck looks like it should!!! Ranch calls it a 4 inch but i measured before and after with stock tires and its a 5.25 inch lift both front and back!!!! Went smooth, took 9 hours by myself ...no help, it would have been easier with another person. Very good direction and truckdrives the same but rides much better. Went with the new Rancho 9000 XL shocks, 9 way adjustiable, have them on 5 and truck is a tad bit stiffer than stock, started out on 1 and its feels like a catty!!! They also make a wireless shock adjust screen for inside the cab to change the stifness!!! Front struts were a bit differcult to swap but all went good....i have swaping over strut springs. Will put new tires on this week, there on order, and i'm useing my stock 20's. You can use stock wheels with the kit.

:nopity: PICS PICS PICS PICS!

Can't wait to see it. After it's on for a while, the suspension will probably settle a little closer to 4 inches.

I don't think so...the front frame drop down bracket that they give you is 5.25 bolt hole to bolt hole, the suspection is the same as if it was ststock just moved the lower control arms down 5.25 inches, the springs are the same lenth and are not proloaded any more at all than stock. Its not like a torsion bar lift .....those settle but struts wont at all, its done setting in when the truck was new.

I had a rancho on my 2000 Z71 and that was the best kit I have ever owned and the ride was great....congrats

I'd like pics as well, curious about the 5.25" of lift. I was looking for a tad more ground clearence and didn't want to go all out with a 6" lift. A 5.25" lift would be too much for me that's why I looked at the 4". CST makes a 4" lift as well...wonder what there's turns out to be.

Man I thought the nbs Silvys looked ugly with a lift, but yours looks good man! I might consider that also. How much did it run you?

I just had 305/60R20 ( 34.5x12.5 R20) Toyo Open Country tires and they look awesome, they don't look anything like the open country toyo that are 285/70/16 thw tread is masive and much deeper. Looks almost like a mud tir just not that agressive. Ride great on highway and around town, feels much better than stock. Only droped 2mpg on highway...i can deal with that...its a truck!! Here are some pics but there bad cuz its dark now, i'll get better pics tomorrow.

I'll get a final measurement but its about 8.5 inches higher than stock with tires!!!!!!!
