Nbs Tailgate Ladder

I am looking at purchasing a Tailgate Ladder for the GMC. The bed will have an ARE Z Series Full Cap on it so certain "steps" that hang on the tailgate won't make it. I actively utilize the pickup bed for work and I'm getting tired of wearing the Left Knee out on all my Levi's along with the "kneecap burn" from the BedRug. I tried search and found no prior discussion. I'm looking at this:
