Hd Grill On A 1500

I was thinking of putting a 2500 GRILL ON MY 1500 07' Nbs SILVERADO. All the tin and the bumpers should be the same. Right? If anyone has any info on the fitment of this grill on this truck please let me know so I don't buy all this stuff to find out that it doesn't work. Thanks.

They may look alike, but the front ends are pretty different, the hood and headlights aren't the same configuration and I think the HD grilles are taller.

The hood, fenders, headlights, bumper end caps, and bumper center sections all interchange. The bumper would not fit in a direct-fit application though because the frames are different. You would need an HD bumper assembly first and then modify that to fit your framerails. Then you may also need to change the support braces that the grille clips into for that to fit. You can get entire HD bumper assemblies on eBay pretty cheaply. With a little fabrication and part swapping it could be done, but the grille won't just swap in. You would also need an HD hood if you want the top chrome strip.
