    Well so far, I can say it is definitely moisture related, as it only does it after rain/snow./wash, and then only intermittently. I'll keep hunting it, eventually I'll get there and figure it out.

    You’ll have a power gain on e85, but less MpG. The big gains in e85 come if you actually do a full tune, you could see a 40+ hp difference between e85 and 91. My old truck was flex and I ran it occasionally, but my new work location has a station with e85 right next door and I didn’t even realize my 2017 isn’t flex, I thought all newer trucks were flex.

    So is there any information to show that you DONT need a tune for the truck to recognize the sensor? People saying both ways in most threads I’ve found on various forums. Some guys saying they plugged the sensor in and the pcm read it, others saying that you need special programming. Sorry to bring back an old thread but looking for some info. Im looking to add Flex fuel to my 2017 5.3.

    I used a flexible extension shaft on my impact driver, it was easy but I was able to feel it onto the nut and get it off. To reinstall, I started it by hand then snugged it down same way I got it off.

    Reviving my old thread here, anyone else want to chime in? I never got the stations in the 300's in my truck... is there some kind of update I need to get those stations? I can get them on the app, but not in the truck.

    Thanks! You have them on long? How they holding up? I was looking at the GM 3" off road steps that come on the midnight edition trucks until I saw these. I live in the northeast so Im always worried about rust and rock chips from crap on the roads.

    Well... I'm the OP and i just posted that I bought one.... but I did contact two local shops and they were WAY more expensive. I got the Hammerhead for $1100 shipped, and I got it within a few days of ordering. Local fab shops were a few weeks out, and wanted to have my truck for 3-4 days. This was way easier and Hammerhead makes a fantastic product.

    Ended up going with Hammehead’s bumper. The company had excellent customer service when I contacted them with a few questions, and I got a great deal through bumperstock.com. This is the Hammerhead model 600-56-0481. I’m going to get some better photos but here are a few I did take quick. So far I’m impressed. It’s very heavy duty, 1/4” steel, excellent powder coat finish.

    The rough country looks nice too, but isn’t shipping until early/mid March and thus, not reviews or feedback on it yet, the price of $650 scares me a little since most bumpers are going for the $1000 + range

    Thanks for the smartass “search google” response, but there aren’t many photos of the fab fours bumper on Silverados out there. I’m well aware how to search for a photo. Also as mentioned it would be nice to hear some feedback as there aren’t many reviews for a lot of the companies making bumpers.

    Anyone have pics of their aftermarket rear bumpers? Specifically the fab fours? I got rear ended and considering buying one instead of the OEM, but couldn’t find many pics in a couple old threads I found. Let’s see what ya got!

    It doesn't, I tried to order them for my old truck last year and it only included "shocks" whereas the fronts are struts, so the deal did not apply. Cheapest I found them was amazon and summit at the time...Now I'm driving a 2017 and after one year of ownership I've had it with the Ranchos and I'm on this thread.

    I did both the trans cooler lines on my 2010, and it was a pain and I wouldnt DIY it again, I'd just pay someone with a lift. I bought the oil cooler lines too but never got around to doing them before I sold the truck. You have to pull the axle to do the oil cooler lines (at least on the NNBS), which is why I never did it. I still have the lines sitting in my garage taking up space. These lines are prone to leaking, and my oil cooler lines started weeping at about 50k on my 2010 and I sold it with 90k with no worse leaking, so I wouldn't worry about it totally failing on you anytime soon.
