    my dealership has a least 20 new 2023's on the lot, lowest price is 73k and up to 90k for a zr2. they keep bugging me to trade my 2020 in and i tell them no. trucks are going to drop in price because they are not selling in my area. they have not sold one truck in over a month and i think it's the interest rates that is causing it and over priced trucks.

    your systems still point to a tire, i had michelins on my truck that where great until higher speeds and went thru the same as you did, eventually the tire exposed it self with a buldge in the tread. at lower speeds and even on the balancer it did not show that the tire had a separation going on inside of it

    it is a process that all newer diesels have, it is a process where the system burns off particles and soot out of the dpf

    u1510 on a gm pickup is usually a problem with the active shutters motor. your other 3 codes are all fuel related to the high pressure pump. check wiring to the pump and sensor. pull your oil dipstick and smell the the oil, if it smells like gas could be the high pressure pump is failing

    with the way GM has these ecm's and tcm's locked , you probably will have to wait for a 2024

    i would be checking every ground that is associated with the new harness. also check the chassis ground on the right side of the frame, goes in behind the wheel liner

    all headlight functions are controlled by the bcm except the high beams. did make sure you had good clean connections on the the battery, you could try and disconnect the battery again for 30 minutes to do a reset

    sounds like your truck is stuck in limp mode, time to get it scanned and find out why

    does it do it with the other fob, read on another post that a sticking button on the fob was the problem, take it a part a clean it

    freeze frame show the code tripped at 1200 rpm's, you are going to need a better scanner to find this problem. it could be a slow responding o2 sensor or a weak injector. need to do a cylinder balance test and be able to graph it see what bank one is doing just before it throws the code and after

    was your 5.3 ecm used or did you use the ecm from the 6.2. the command for remote start , starts with rdlr to the bcm to the ecm. since the lights flash it seems that the rdlr to the bcm works but the bcm to the ecm is not working

    compression test would be my next step

    cover up the light sensor on the dash , if nothing changes replace it

    if you are running regular gas, the ethenol at 20 percent is to high. get someone to reset it

    there may be a difference in the sensors plugs, switch over any sensors with different pugs and you should be good to go. they havent changed much on that engine in a ling time

    you are correct, relays can not be repaired, replace the fuse block
