    try clamping the front of your spring and see if that changes it

    check sway bar links , mine would pop only when backing out of my driveway turning the wheel to the left i tighter the the bolts a couple of turns and noise is gone

    is the smell inside or outside of the truck, if inside you might be smelling a small freon leak coming threw the heater

    that is truly awesome darth, been following all a long. the last piece of the puzzle for me is for the seat heat to come on with remote start, which i think i can accomplish with a relay

    have you checked the front wheel bearings or maybe the front diff, the 3rd video to me doesnt sound like a tranny issue

    good work darth, i have been working on this type of project my self, might be the cheap controller i have but so far i can only get full heat or no heat for the seats using factory switches. lol i will keep watching your post and maybe i might fiqure this out. many thx to your hard work

    lol got to love driving in ontario, i would get rid of the capless and go back to having a cap. i get alot of crap in mine sometimes, thank god i have a cap

    may not be the windshield, it maybe the antenna on the roof leaking and it is tracking down to where you see it

    some of the trucks have had loose battery connections and loose grounds on the block, thats about the only thing that could shut down everything

    my 2014 chev also does this and flares from 1st to 2nd, 47k miles and has never changed
