    i just changed the rear diff in a 2005 sierra 1500 with a diff out of a 1999 chev 1500 both trucks had the same rpo codes, just had to switch backing plates because the 99 had rear disk and the 2005 had drum brakes

    by the picture there is lights on your heater control maybe loose connection

    a friend of mine 2014 denali rear door peeled in the same spot as yours he went to the dealer and they fixed his no charge and he had no warrenty

    i read in the bilstein thread that the top of the shock doesnt have enough threads to compress the bushing properly you have to add a washer to the top to correct the popping noise

    did they say what compromised it. i would either go to another dealership or local garage that has scanning equipment to diagnos the problem while driving the vehicle

    because the lift changes the angle of the uca and the ball joint is at the wrong angle. the new uca the end where the ball joint sits is angled to compensate for this

    worked with automotive a/c for over 30 years if the leak is where the cooling fins are attached it is not repairable and no jb weld will not fix this . when it is hot out there can be up to 275 psi in the condensor depending on how the high pressure switch is working

    the charging cycle is temperature related . a cold battery does not charge very well, below 45 degrees mine stays at 14 when it gets to 60 it will stay just under 14 and when it get to 70 and above it will always be just above the 12 volt range. i think gm does this because the hotter the temperature the faster the chemical reaction is in the battery which makes them sulfate and boil of the chemical in the battery which shortens the life of the battery

    my 2014 has broke once replaced it and it has been fine looking at your picture looks like you got some extra sealing foam around your tailgate this might be putting to much pressure on that cheap piece of plastic

    have they checked the belt tensioner for a broken spring it can still have tension with a broken spring but it will rattle

    i now have 110 kilometers or 70 k miles on my truck and the vibration at 70 k or 45 mph is so bad that i have to drive my truck in manual mode. when the truck shifts from v8 to v4 the rpms jump almost 200 rpms and does the same when it shifts back to v8. is this normal for the rpms to be jumping up and down like this also in v4 mode the rpms fluctuate about 50 rpm all the time

    I had the same problem with locking what I found was the arm on the handle was binding I loosen the screw a little and now it works fine

    great work phil now i know the wiring i am going to modify for a drop down step for my mother she is 93 and has hard time getting in to the truck thanks again phil

    i bought my range device used so no warranty i took the range apart and mounted a switch from an old laptop in the range device
