  1. As far as the old mirrors, look in your glovebox at the RPO codes. Should be DL8 if you have an LT. PGamboa is def the man to get your mirrors working 100%. Do you know if they’re oem or aftermarket tow mirrors? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Are you looking to upgrade performance or just looks? For performance, I used a bolt on kit from FastHeadlights.com for our projector lights. Performance is incredible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. WAMS can do the programming that you need. https://www.whiteautoandmedia.com If you have the i05 radio, you’ll have the larger screen with the onstar GPS. I06 radio has the factory navigation. If you navigate the site, you can get a list of options that work for you. It all depends on your year truck also. Chris at WAMS would be the ONLY person I would trust with the programming. I had a newer I06 HMI (with nav) programmed for my truck and I got the CarPlay/AAuto and it’s awesome. I may be one of the few without unlimited data (LOL!) so I use the factory Nav more often. I had my HMI unlocked, so I also got the reverse camera harness from harnessdr.com (pgamboa on here) and I can check behind me while I’m driving. He has YouTube videos that list all the features that can be added. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. SOLD. Mods please delete. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. As far as the body parts, you’ll be better off just purchasing them separately, unless you can find a complete front end locally. For the wiring, you can get the plug and play harness to swap to the 16+ front end for the electrical portion. https://harnessdr.com/product/14-15-1500-all-trims-16-18-1500-all-trims-headlight-conversion-harness/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I should have been more specific. Lol. Asking if the OP had a 442 because of his name.
  7. What’s the scoop on the 442? Here’s our F85 (with the front 442 emblem). We inherited it when my father in law passed away in August.
  8. GM has an oem option so there’s no extra screens to mount. https://media.chevrolet.com/media/us/en/chevrolet/home.detail.html/content/Pages/news/us/en/2016/mar/0316-trailering.html
  9. I would disconnect the ground terminal ring and make sure it’s getting a good, non painted surface contact. Reconnect and see if you’re getting power then.
  10. There’s a pinned thread about headlight mods. Check it out. Tons of useful info in there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. You’re paying someone almost $100 to plug in some bulbs?? Whoa. What year and model truck do you have? Putting led bulbs in a reflector halogen housing will blind other drivers. The Morimoto 2stroke 3.0 are designed for halogen housings because you can tweak the bulb to reduce glare. A proper retrofit will have the best output, but it’s generally more money. 13. Those are manual folding dl8 mirrors. Power folding have led signals in the glass and puddle lamps.
  14. These have some light scratches from use, but are in great shape. DL3 power folding, so they have the puddle lamps, heated and the drivers side dims. Great time to scoop some up for a Christmas present. Will pair great with some harnesses from harnessdr.com. I’m looking for $275 shipped and insured.
  15. You get what you pay for when it comes to bed liners.
  16. I like morimoto products, but these tails are way too ricey for a truck.
  17. If you had the HMI unlocked, don’t forget to get this camera harness. https://harnessdr.com/product/2014-2015-silverado-sierra-reverse-camera-adapter-harness/ it’s awesome being able to check out what’s behind you while you’re driving. Check on your trailer, tailgaters, or even if you forgot if you put your tailgate up. ?
  18. I believe guys have use plastic plugs from Home Depot to fill the holes.
  19. 2 options. first is get an aftermarket wireless charger and you can mod the lid for it to work, or just leave it visible on top. second is to source the wireless charging lid. The sizes are different for the charging pads, so you have to swap the whole lid. Get the 18+ charging module and you can charge iPhones with I’m the newer module.
  20. Finally got to hand wash, clay and paint sealant. I’m pretty sure it’s the first hand wash since last fall. ??. It’s bad, considering I’m a detailer on the side. I never have time to work on my own stuff.
