  1. ?? I must be one dumb piece of ****** then. ?
  2. I’m not trying to be a dick but I did the same thing when I bought mine. I couldn’t get it to work because I was holding the brightness button to turn it up instead of repeatedly pressing the button. Felt pretty dumb after that one. I’m sure you’ve tried but thought I would share. Hopefully you are smarter than me?. And hope the dealer fixes it for ya.
  3. I was thinking the same thing. But I would love 500+ ft lbs on a gasser for towing.
  4. 2020 Denali ultimate has all 4 doors
  5. I just went through this and wanted the AT4 but the discounts where bigger for a denali so that’s what I ended up with. To answer you question tho... the only difference is the leather used in the Denali is a better quality and feels better to me. Also the Denali uses the same leather on the back seats. AT4 and below all use “synthetic leather” for the back seats. As far as tech and options you can equip them identically. at4 also comes standard with the all weather floor mats which is a 200$ add on to the Denali.
  6. Congrats on the 4Runner. We just bought my wife a 2020 TRD ORP. It’s our 3rd 4Runner. Love them. Probably the best resale and reliability of any vehicle we’ve bought. Also have a 2020 denali HD for me. Hope I don’t get the leak... ?
  7. Damn!!! I can’t even get 13 unloaded around town. I’ve only got 700 miles on it but I’m averaging 10-11 city driving
  8. I was driving down the road today thinking the same thing. I almost get my foot caught on the brake while transitioning. You can’t leave your heel on the floor and rotate anymore. I suppose I’ll get used to it but would be nice if there was an adjustment for the two pedals to be more “flush” with each other.
  9. Wow... well at least you found one.
  10. Congrats man. Did they cancel your order?
  11. Lol... yes it has. I guess I don’t make quick decisions. But I am glad I waited to sell my truck privately. Got an extra 4K out of it which let me get the Denali I really wanted. Only had it for 5 days but it feels stronger than the 6.0 for sure.
  12. So this may be a weird one but my drivers side mirror has a double image. It’s not real noticeable unless you are looking at headlights/traffic signals/street lights. The reflection of the light is double and makes my eyes feel like they are out of focus. The weird part is I don’t notice it in my passenger side. So I don’t think it has anything to do with the auto dim function. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just crazy?
  13. Nope gasser. I just don’t pull enough for the diesel to make sense for me. The old 6.0 did just fine so I imagine this will be slightly better. Perfect for my daily and occasional tow vehicle
  14. Well I stopped waiting for incentives to get better and just bought what I wanted. I love the truck so much. Worth every penny. Now I just need to get some miles on it so I can test out the new 6.6 gas towing abilities.
  15. Well that’s good news. Maybe my dealer is full of $*^t. They don’t have what I want so they where trying to sell me something. Maybe they only have an allocation for a 2021 and that’s the line of bs they fed me. You never know with these guys unfortunately
  16. Just a thought, maybe convert the trailer to a 7 pin? I converted my boat trailer to a 7 pin so I didn’t have that problem. My old truck had both but 7 pin seems more common so that’s what I did to future proof.
  17. Well I don’t see how they put in an order for you. The order deadline for MY 2020 was back in May. So they could only put in a order for a 2021. Unfortunately the production start up for MY 2021 is sept 28th. So if they did order one for you it’ll be a 2021 and I wouldn’t expect it till oct/nov. I was actually at my local dealer today asking about the same thing because I sold my truck yesterday and now I feel like half a man (truckless)
  18. Yeah with rebates it’s almost a no brainer to buy new vs slightly used. Now the search for a 2020. Hope supply starts to pick up.
  19. So to update on this I just sold my truck private party today for $36,250. I paid $40,000 in sept 2016 for it. So I lost 3750 in almost 4 years. I’d say they hold value pretty well. Granted mine had 35000 miles and in excellent condition, but if you take care of them they will hold value very well.
  20. Well from experience: I have a 2016 gas sle 2500 hd that I paid $40000 for. I just recently started looking at upgrading and got a trade value from my local dealer of $33500. 6500$ loss over 4 years isn’t too bad. Msrp when new was $51500. Statistically used diesels will sell for more money than used gas but used gas will hold a higher percentage of original msrp than a diesel will. So people will always say diesel resale for more but realistically the gas holds more value. Do a comparison on kbb for any trim truck you desire and price it with a diesel and then a gas. The diesel will be about 6-7k more than the gas but that diesel cost 10k more when new.
  21. For sure... the only person that matters in your deal is you. If he’s happy then that’s all that matters. I know I’ve payed more than I should have before. Probably won’t make that mistake again. My point is more directed at dealers that triple the cost of that stuff. I mean I know they need to make money but f@*k
  22. So I’m really not trying to be a dick here but are these options really worth roughly 14-16k? You can easily get a 2019 for 15-16k off sticker right now. A lift, wheels and tires, and steps surely can’t be that expensive. I see dealers do this shit all the time and it’s crazy to me that people overpay for what could be done after the purchase for maybe 6k and that’s if you don’t do the work yourself.
  23. You are using the Bluetooth for music only. This has been available on gm trucks for years. What OP is talking about is android auto or Apple CarPlay which turns your center stack display into your phone display. You are able to use some apps directly off of your trucks screen. Google maps, Apple Maps, waze, pandora, phone app, etc. to do this you have to plug in your phone to one of the USB ports. If you try this in your truck you will see the app show up on you center stack. OP is wishing for this functionality to be wireless, which the 2021 Tahoe and Yukon will have when they are released.
  24. Haven’t seen this answer so sorry if it’s been asked but is this problem isolated to the 1500 or are people having problems with the new 2500/3500 too?
  25. Maybe he wants the Bose that is added with Convenience 2. Or maybe the fact that the radio is in fact different. HD screen vs non HD screen. Why the hasty comment for no reason.
