  1. Scream at the idiot operator until denting stops.......
  2. I put some crazy Rancho RS9000's, adjustable rear shocks on my mine. They actually do adjust, you can feel the difference from 1 to 6 on the adjustments, when I load to max in the bed, I"ll jack the damping up on them, it's kind of a pain in the butt drawing under the truck, so I just leave them in the middle....
  3. Drive it, does it shake going down the road? Some trucks shake no matter what. How's the steering feel, nice and smooth, doesn't feel like the truck is doing the steering for you, DSA can suck sometimes. Look for water leak evidence on the headliner, some trucks leaked from the factory. All stock, no lift or torsion bar raised up?
  4. Now there's a nice DC, looks great.
  5. Just me, but, I like more rubber then wheel. For me, it's the weight trade off. Wheels that big are heavy, weight in the exact wrong place, unsung weight, and rotating mass, both effect stopping, acceleration, suspension movement, road noise. It goes on and on for me. I would never go over 18's on my truck. Just me.
  6. I dig my bumper, it's giant, so I don't expect many of you to like it. It's made specificly to fend off deer strikes at speed. Coast a bundle, weighs 225 pounds without the winch. I've had it on 2 different trucks, it fits perfect. Buckstop, made in Oregon, workmanship is top notch, perfect welds, great powder coating.
  7. this, thank you.
  8. Excellent, keep working at it, you'll score that hat, and be the only one you'll every see with it.
  9. Bingo, nice truck there. But the last place I would buy a vehicle is California.
  10. I've had 2 new trucks that had crappy alignments, the dealer in both cases aligned truck after test drive, way under 700 miles on the clock.
  11. I still see no Double Cabs around in the inventory yet, well, a bunch of Work Trucks, but not interested in a WT. IF I trade, that would be my cab desire, probably long bed. Far and few between.
  12. What POS dealership id this, we need to black ball them.
  13. They can't just say it had water introduced in it, they have to prove. They are ****ing you by saying this.
  14. 285 75 18's on 18x9 +12 offset, the offset had me rubbing at full crank, upper control arms, aftermarket keys, shock extenders. Stock wheels probably would have worked with stock everything with these tires..... Oops, non stock offset, sorry. Just plain disregard, can't find out how to delete, wrong everything.
  15. Her in Florida, everything off road is sand or mud, so if you go off road you will need 4x4 soon.
  16. You, sir, are correct. Your'e on the right track. Running skinny 35's with keys, diff drop, 5160's with shock spacer, BDS steering stabilizer, UCA's, rear bags, and a bumper that lets nothing touch. I added the ready Lift UCA's at the end, and they made all the difference in the world for ride. They freed up the front suspension movement, got the alighnment back on track. I get in and out of my truck like 50 times a day it seems, so I don't want a lift, just a little level, and I'm good. Hope you figure out what you want, these are great trucks.
  17. Still no double cabs, would like to see one.....
  18. I think I would throw the switches and the keys over to the sales manager desk, keep you $70,000 truck you can't install ordered parts on. Truly unbelievable.
  19. Short little trips can leave me with a 16 or 17 mpg on the gage, but it always averages out to about 12 mpg, so 18 13 12
  20. Wait, what, you have to install something you ordered with a new truck yourself? That's BS, what if something goes wrong, not even Kia makes you install ordered parts onto your vehicle.
  21. Well, now what do I say? It's human nature to like easy convenience, I'm guilty. I feel as a species, we are depending on machines to do our thinking for us, and forgetting how to think of ourselves. I used to remember so many phone numbers, now with the cell phone, just press a button and it calls, I don't remember phone numbers for crap anymore.....
  22. You might want to inform them that, after 3 tries to correct the same problem, it can start to proceed to the lemon law BS. What a total load of shit, brand new truck, if the wheels and tires aren't the problem, then what is Mr GM????
  23. Seems to me, I dunno, but with the crazy shape of the GMC wheel well, it looks to have less clearance then a Chevy, again, I don't know.
  24. Why do people suddenly not want to drive? All this driverless car crap, take the bus or train, then cab, see, you didn't drive..... Just like computers. it will stop people thinking, just press buttons and go.
