    They call it dark atmosphere on their website. The dash and doors are brown and the seats are a lighter brown/gray. Definitely not a plain light gray like others I have seen. Have you looked at one?

    Got lucky today and not boasting. I printed out my specs and went to 2 dealers yesterday and asked them to price my special order. Have not heard back from either. Logged in to the Costco Auto Program today to read about it. Found a link to their dealer in Austin (only 57 miles from home). I called them and gave the salesman my specs. He called me back 15 minutes later to make a deal. Ordered a 2019 RST Crew z71 with standard bed loaded nicely. The MSRP was $54,400 with destination and I locked in for $41,200 plus TTL. I am very happy! Forgot to add, dealer said today is the last day to order 2019. I am not going to swear it is true but that is what he said. A dealer yesterday told me next Tuesday was the last day to order?

    So what is a man to do? I was about to order a 2019 RST Crew 5.3 with 8 speed. Then I read that the 2020 is coming soon. I read an article from Donlen that said you can order 2020 (now or soon) for Production in August. Now I am reading all the complaints and about the 8 speed lawsuit. Do we think the 2020 8 speed (MQ3) will be better? I can not afford the 6.2 and 10 speed. Dont really want to look at F150 because they are having issues with their 10 speed. Which truck to buy?

    Thanks! What would be your suggested replacement shock in the RST Z71? It sounds like Bilstein does not offer any 5100 for the 2019.

    Please clarify your statement on shocks. I am looking at a RST Z71. What shocks will it come with? Good it bad?

    So you have done the whole front and hood? May I ask what did all of that cost? What are you thought on front fenders or quarter panels also?

    Is this a problem with the RST also? I am close to ordering one. if you had it to go over would you order the LT with chrome? I can not afford 3K to wrap.

    Okay guys - I am close to ordering an RST Z71 with buckets, Bose, fog lights, dual exhaust, and 18” wheels. I will install a black tool box, black amp steps and black brush guard. I like the Silver Ice Metallic and the Satin Steel Metallic. My wife and I looked at all of the exterior colors today. I plan to order the “light interior” and not black. I have been driving a 2011 Silver Z71 since new so a change would be nice but dang that Ice is pretty and sure stays clean.

    Do you have 20” or 18” wheels?

    Thanks! That is what I was thinking.. My current 2011 Z71 pulls my trailer fine with 6 speed and it has a rating of 7000.

    After reviewing the specs and options and reading reviews from this great forum I am leaning towards the RST so I can get Bose and fog lights and bucket seats. I was leaning towards Max Tow so I could get the 3.42 gears. However, I do not Tow but about 1,000 per year and my trailer is <6,000 lbs. I am now leaning towards Z71 so I can get 4 low and dual exhaust. I believe the crew cab, standard bed, 4x4, with 5.3 can tow 9,600. It should Tow my trailer just fine with 3.23 gears???
