  1. Makes me think maybe mine is shutting off to often! From the first light I come to about 1 mile from my house to every stop afterwards on my 30 mile drive to work. Has been the case since new whether it's 30 degrees out or 100. I would say that sometimes it restarts sooner than others which is probably dependent on these sensors. Still for the original OP, I can understand your frustration.
  2. Well I spoke too soon. Had the first led failure a couple weeks ago. Replaced it with one of the spares since the package had ten of them so wasn't too bad. Did notice that the 4 remaining leds were all missing their lenses though so probably only a matter of time before the others fail too. Going to look into other leds for the next go around. Sorry it took so long to see this. I used fuse #42.
  3. Where did you purchase the marker lights from?
  4. I installed my GM intake myself and drove it a week before getting it flashed at the dealer. No codes, messages or errors in my case.
  5. They have a similar video for the GMC version. I'm actually more concerned about removing the grill and bumper without breaking retention tabs than I am about the headlight mod itself. I have tried to locate local installers just to get estimates for cost and only found 1 guy that would do it. All the rest "do not open headlights do to condensation/moisture concerns". It has me wondering how big a problem the condensation issue may be.
  6. Following because I have the same exhaust on my 2019 AT4 and believe I hear the same rattle from time to time.
  7. Hey Jim. Surprised to hear you needed so much lift to run 35's. I have 2019 AT4 with stock suspension and factory 20" rims running NRG 35x11.50 with no issues. I had very minor rub on the front of the drivers side well liner only when backing with wheels turned full lock right. This was easily eliminated by zip tying the liner bracket directly behind the bolt that there to one of the bumper mounts. I've had no rub since. I think the biggest issue is the wheel width and offset. I will say though, even with the stock suspension and 35's, my 5' wife still struggles to climb in the truck as well.. lol
  8. Hi all, Lots of information here but haven't seen this upgrade. Anyone does this upgrade on a 2019-2020 GMC or even a similar update for a slightly earlier model year? Would like to hear your thoughts/observations and would you do it again? https://www.oraclelights.com/collections/gmc-sierra-products/products/2019-2020-gmc-sierra-oracle-colorshift-rgb-w-headlight-drl-upgrade?variant=31764823212129

  10. I'm interested in the upgrade too. I saw the comment above in other post as well and have to say I'd like to understand that better. My 2019 has nav (so must have a gps antenna) and it has the ability to act as a hotspot in the vehicle, so presumably has a wife antenna. Wonder what antenna's missing?
  11. I used to do them all myself but say a special at the dealer when getting my free oil change (only got 1) and jumped on it. Their normal price was $399 for 6 oil changes/tire rotations but they had a special for $299 so I jumped on it. There is no way I could come anywhere close to that price doing it myself.
  12. I get about the same with my 6.2 AT4 35x11.50 NRG's, no lift. Has GM performance intake and Borla S-Type cat-back. I actually find the MPG to be quite temperature sensitive. My MPG seems to be at least 1 MPG lower when it's cold and that's in NC. Hate to think what the temps in farther north would do to MPG. Anyone else notice this?
  13. Hey Chris - Did you ever figure this out? I'm looking to remove my for some mods too and am having the same problem finding information on how to remove them.
  14. For what it's worth, these are the amber bolt lights I used from Amazon. They've been on my truck for about a year now with no failures. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CWPDZKJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  15. All good advice. In my mind, if it's dicey enough for chains, I would be in 4H, I wouldn't want to consider the vehicle moving in and out of 4WD.
  16. How about the 2019 AT4? Will it work with that cluster?
  17. I have a BakFlip MX4 on my truck and I'd say it's mostly dry but there is definitely water getting into all four corners. I think ideally, it would be manufactured to be about 1/2" longer because to get the cover to seal over the tailgate, you have to slide it back to where the surface area of contract in the front is less than it could be. It's also going to depend on how well aligned your inner tailgate is. In my case, the inner tailgate sits just slightly higher than the main gate. Not much mind you, maybe 1/16" but it's slightly higher on the drivers side vs the passenger side as well. This is just enough to ease the tension at the corners so again, probably doesn't seal as well as it could. If the cover were longer, you could get better coverage in these corners as well but then I'm quite sure the tailgate wouldn't want to open with the cover closed. It's a compromise. For me, if I was going to carry anything that I didn't want to get wet, I'd find a way to elevate it off of the floor. Hope this helps.
  18. Same with my 2019 AT4 with 6.2L. I have both flappers still if anyone is still looking for one.
  19. I was actually about to ask the same thing. Having a hard time visualizing how tire size would impact UCA angles.
  20. I won't by WeatherTech again, has the same issue with edges rolling up and collecting garbage under neat when having them in my last two vehicles. I bought Husky this time, great fit and look to be good quality. A little more coverage than the stock AT4 liners but really, I could have saved the money and been fine with the GM liners. They appear to be very high quality pieces.
  21. Actually I left them on and painted them in place. Just a lot of very careful taping. lol Used the following kit. https://www.tirerack.com/brakes/brakes.jsp?make=G2&model=Caliper PaintSystem Set&partnum=G2160&ID=41
  22. I painted mine red to match the red hooks and red "4's" on my AT4.
  23. I think it was on mine too but was gone from an update before I got to try it. What number do you call to have it reinstalled?
  24. @nobaddays Those look great! Want to make another pair in Summit White? lol Where did you get the inserts from?
