EBCM needs to be programed only price out the yaw sensor and then decide on risk as said ,im not recommending replacing anything ,,its on you ,risk, vs reward crap

its either 3 things ,EBCM or Yaw sensor or wiring there is a bulletin for dash lights on and no codes,,, this is from the code ,,,,,i hope ya feel lucky i recommend taking it in but guys dont like me saying that .....good luck !!!! Circuit/System Testing 1. Verify that DTC U2142 is not set. ⇒ If the DTC is set, refer to DTC U2105-U2199 . 2. Verify that DTC C0710 is not set. ⇒ If the DTC is set, refer to DTC C0710 . 3. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the yaw/lateral accelerometer sensor. 4. Ignition OFF and all vehicle systems OFF. It may take up to 2 minutes for all vehicle systems to power down. Test for less than 10 Ω between the ground circuit terminal 1 and ground. ⇒ If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance. 5. Disconnect the harness connector at the EBCM. 6. Test for infinite resistance between the 12 V reference circuit terminal 32 of the EBCM connector and ground. ⇒ If not the specified value, test the 12 V reference circuit for a short to ground. 7. Test for less than 2 Ω between the 12 V reference circuit terminal 32 of the EBCM connector and terminal 4 of the yaw/lateral accelerometer sensor connector. ⇒ If greater than the specified range, test the 12 V reference circuit for open/high resistance. 8. If all circuits test normal, replace the yaw/lateral accelerometer sensor. If the DTC resets, replace the EBCM.

im real sure there are tests the system does and when it fails ,it puts on the SES light ,, others can chime in to verify that ,i remember up north a 2 tank system had problems ,cant remember what model

the answer is no one knows ,!!! from the service manual .... Secondary Fuel Pump (Dual Tank Applications Only) On dual tank applications, the secondary fuel pump is located in the secondary fuel tank. The secondary fuel pump is powered by a secondary fuel pump relay when the fuel level drops below a predetermined value. Fuel is transferred from the secondary fuel tank to the primary fuel tank in order to ensure all of the usable fuel volume is available to the primary fuel pump. The secondary fuel pump relay supply voltage is received from the primary fuel pump relay when the primary fuel pump is energized. good luck on your search for the answer

predetermined means what ever the engineers decided while engineering the system,,,,, you have factory svc manuals ,you need to read the description and operation in the apropiate section to understand the system,,its there ,if not ,let me know,i'll post it for you
