What do people do with their left-overs? When I have enough chicken or turkey (this time of year), I make pot pies and freeze them for later. Chop up the meat add vegetables of choice, frozen or canned. Mushroom, chicken and celery soup. Mix together. Season to taste. Then taking a pre-made pie shell, fill it. Top it with one of those roll out pie crusts. Bingo you're done. Bake at 350-375 until crust is done. Not eating right now? Place it in a freezer zip-loc bag or even better in a vacuum sealed bag. Take it out of freezer, go straight to oven if necessary. It just takes longer than if thawed.
