  1. Shipping company called dealer Monday morning to see if they would like to pick the truck up or wait until they had a full load to drop off to them. Dealer picked the truck up and I picked it up Monday evening.
  2. Check this thread out in the 1500 section and see if it helps -
  3. Looks like you have a Denali and the camera package is part of the Denali trim. OP, what trim level do you have? Also ask the dealer to give you a printout of the build sheet.
  4. If you are referencing my post, the dealer pays the shipping company to pick the vehicle up themselves. They also can’t just show up to pick the vehicle up, they have to contact all parties involved and get approval before running to the rail yard to pick it up. I was asked yesterday if I had a preference if the trucking company brought it to them or if I would like them to see if they can pick it up since they where headed there to pick up a Yukon, I told them I had no preference and have waited this long for it, what is another couple days. So I left the ball in the court on how they would like to handle this.
  5. My truck was built 3/24, spray in bed liner was done 3/26 and at the rail yard in Flint on 3/29. As of today it is at the local rail yard waiting to be unloaded. Current ETA at the dealer is 4/12 and they are talking about picking it up themselves as soon as it is unloaded. The company that does the spray in bed liner is Ground Effects LTD. My 2015 has the factory spray in bed liner and have no complaints about it.
  6. There are some pictures in this thread, only difference between the AT4 and Denali is a chrome strip, https://www.duramaxforum.com/threads/2021-2500-hd-denali-black-diamond-edition.1012287/
  7. Hard to say why the differences are between the 2 and what the dealer is doing also. A local dealer is charging $1,000 over MSRP, and other dealers are MSRP or less before talking with them. I just built my truck that just got made the other day and it is the same price between supplier, educator, first responder and military. Also built an AT4 on the educator site and it allowed for the premium plus package and the power running boards, wonder why it would allow you to select them.
  8. Cognito offers a comfort ride torsion bar kit, might want to reach out to them.
  9. If the order hasn’t been picked up, then they do not have an allocation or they are getting allocations and have other orders in front of yours. I would confirm allocations and ask what priority number you are. If you are 10th in line and they receive 1 allocation every couple weeks, you will be waiting a long time. Larger volume dealers receive more allocations than a smaller dealer and this is based on sales. I would definitely keep the order with the dealer you are using and start shopping around with other dealers.
  10. Update on my order - 1/23 - Order placed 2/11 - Event Code 2000 2/19 - Event Code 3000 with TPW of 3/22 3/11 - Event Code 3100 3/12 - Event Code 3300 3/19 - Event Code 3400 with production date 3/24 3/25 - Event Code 3800 Order Produced
  11. When it hits your production week, it takes about 1.5-2 days from start to finish.
  12. You won’t get a vin until event code 3800 which is order produced. Are you going to wait on the truck that is about to be made or get the truck that is in transit?
  13. Current event code is now 3300 with a targeted production date of 3/22.
  14. Current event code is 3100 and still on target for week of 3/22.
  15. If you have the order number (I think you mentioned earlier that you did), reach out to GMC or Chevy chat tomorrow (seems like the system gets updated on Thursdays) and ask for the current event code. My order moved to 3000 a week after going to 2000 and had a TPW when it went to 3000. I am planning on checking tomorrow to see if TPW of 3/22 has changed or not.
  16. I believe at 3000 all the parts are being ordered in order to build the vehicle
  17. As soon as the build is submitted to GM you have an order number and event code would be 1000, but this still means you don’t have an order since the dealer doesn’t have any allocations. Event code 2000 GM has accepted the order and 3000 production has excepted the order and a TPW is assigned. I would be talking to someone above the salesman and get the order number, then head over to GMC chat or Chevy chat and ask them for current order status along with current event code. 18. Online chat does not have the most up to date info and it is best to reach out to your dealer.
  19. The dealer and you can ask GMC chat.
  20. What mount is that? I have a 2021 on order and will be using the Banks setup and I don’t want anything mounted on the windshield. thanks
  21. My order went to 3000 with a targeted production week of 3/22.
  22. As of yesterday I did not have a build week yet, I will be at the dealership this coming Tuesday with my wife’s Buick and plan on asking for an update.
  23. Update on my order placed 1/23, it went to event code 2000 this week and nothing was on constraint for options.
  24. Plow prep SRW trucks and all DRW trucks do not get the active shutters - unless something is different on the HD’s, the shutters stay open when temp is below a certain set point.
