  1. Dealership I am working with said the same thing with my trade, as long as there isn’t a ton of miles on it and all beat up, the trade offer they made will not go down. We built the truck on 1/23 and just got the call from my salesman that GM will notify them this coming Wednesday if there are any constraints on my build and if we need to change something, we have until Thursday to make any changes.
  2. The price you see is the price you pay based on experience purchasing with employee pricing and supplier pricing. Only additional you get is what the current rebates are. you also want to check with the dealer you are going to use to see if they will currently except employee or supplier pricing. Dealers around here is not excepting either due to no supply and selling at sticker minus rebates.
  3. GM did not pick the order up yesterday, but we had that feeling when we placed the order that they wouldn’t pick it up this week. Now wait until next week. They are reaching out to another dealer on a possible trade since they have a truck with the options I am looking for. So time will tell if this will happen or not.
  4. Before ordering a 3500HD Denali SRW 8’ bed with Duramax last week, my preferred dealer checked on a few trucks that where in transit and everyone was sold. The ones they did find available, the dealer with them didn’t want to do a dealer trade due to no inventory and limited production. As far as timeframe, they would not make a comment until GM picks the order up and should find that out tomorrow. The options I had selected is showing no constraints when it was submitted, but I am sure like everything else currently, that changes everyday.
  5. Mine happened less than a month after buying the truck and was replaced under warranty and that was about 4 years ago. you would need the painted one since you have a Denali.
  6. Mine did the same as yours and it was the OnStar/XM antenna.
  7. Bracket at the DEF tank is shorter, only difference. if you are tuned and deleted, then gas version bolts right up.
  8. Unless something changed, factory setup is not welded in and guys have added it after the fact - https://www.duramaxforum.com/forum/2011-2016-non-powertrain/775001-2016-factory-5th-wheel-hitch-prep.html
  9. How cold was it? DEF fluid freezes around 12f and depending on how I park (truck sloped nose first) and it freezes, next startup I will get a false reading until it thaws out, this is when ithe tank is close to the 30% left, but still reading OK. I know on the 2011-2016 trucks, the system holds more than 5 gallons, but due to the stuff freezing, GM says only 5 gallons due to expansion from freezing. I haven’t looked at the Duramax supplement guide on the 2017+ trucks with the 7 gallon tank, but I am going to assume it is the same.
  10. The 2009 Silverado 2500HD I had, you only had to hit the lock 1 time, just like my 2015 Father in laws 2011 Silverado 1500 same thing, only have to hit the lock 1 time.
  11. Not a problem, I should have included a link to the accessories website https://accessories.chevrolet.com/product/2019/Chevrolet/Silverado 1500/front-foglamp-kit-84125494?categoryId=12001 Looks like they offer 2 different kits https://accessories.chevrolet.com/product/2019/Chevrolet/Silverado 1500/front-foglamp-kit-84280752
  12. Uncertain if this helps or not, but Chevy offers a fog light kit for the 2019+ trucks. Includes fog lights, switch and harness.
  13. Doesn’t work on the 16’s, only 17+ trucks.
  14. Hope this helps
  15. GM TSB for the issue - https://gm.oemdtc.com/6538/pit5311b-check-trailer-wiring-message-andor-service-trailer-brake-with-dtc-c1114-2014-2016-chevrolet-gmc I have replaced the plugs on my trailers with the Pollak 12-706 plug and haven’t had an issue since and that was 2 years ago.
  16. Do have factory gps and if you do, is it working? Is the lights green in the mirror of onstar? Could be the onstar antenna
  17. Says right in GM's sales info for the 2016's that the 170 amp alternator is only available on regular cab with plow prep.
  18. Probably the Onstar/XM antenna, common problem. take it back to the dealer and they will replace with a new one.
  19. I installed the Leer Trilogy beginning of this month and I have no complaints. But like others, water comes in around the tailgate (I had. 2005 Silverado with and Extang cover and did the sametging until I sealed the tailgate), I plan on putting the tailgate seal on onthe spring when temps are warmer. A friend of mine has the Extang Solid Fold 2.0 on his truck and has no complaints.
  20. Dealer was selling it for $800.00 and there is/was a coupon on Leer's site for $50.00 off. This is US dollars and I see you are in Canada, so I am uncertain what the pricing is.
  21. Thanks for the info wulfgott, That is what I was finding also. A couple of places that I called that were listed as dealers on Fold a Covers website all said the samething, they no longer sell that brand. I actually ordered a Leer Trilogy the other day from a local dealer after seeing pictures of it installed on other 2014/2015 GM trucks.
  22. Guys with the Fold-A-Cover G4 Elite, did you buy it from Fold-A-Cover direct? I am not having much luck finding anybody selling it online. Locally it is either GM dealer or a local truck accessory dealer and They told they haven't sold one in years and are uncertain if they can still get them. Also, anyone with this cover and an AMP Bedxtender have any fitment issues? Thinking about the bedxtender to help keep them ngs from going forward in the bed. Thanks in advance for the assitance.
  23. Are you sure the dealer order the correct canopy for the truck? You go to Range Rider website and they do list any canopy's for the K2XX platform. This could be the reason why it does not fit correctly.
