2000 Center Seat Console Latch

Have a 2000 1-ton (old body style w/7.4 Vortec) with the fold down center console for three person seating. The latch assembly came out and when it did, the spring bar that must keep pressure on the latch button itself came out. I don't see anything broken and can't figure for the life of me how it goes back in. So does anyone have a pic or diagram of how that spring bar goes back in? The bar is maybe 4" long with a bend at about 3/4 length and one end has an open hook.

I've got the EXACT same issue. Hopefully someone can point us to a picture or part diagram.
