When I was looking for a bed topper, I opted for a product from Raider (http://www.raider.ca).  I chose from their Vagabond series, for the cab-hi model.  Originally I wanted a Snug Top, but at $1400 prior to installation, I had to pass.  The Raider was only $940, installed, for an identical fiberglass topper, with tinted windows and a much better warranty than Snug Top.  They also added a free carpet liner too!  

What I really like about this topper is that the side windows are smaller than most, that look like the side is all glass.  That's just a personal preference, but it really "topped off" the look I was going for.  7 months later and not a complaint -
