Amp Research Power Step And Bed Step

Hello Guys,

I had to buy one of the biggest trucks out there, right? I guess Napoleon Syndrome...

Anyways, the dealer had installed these cheap chrome aftermarket step tubes and I hate them. I have been looking at the AMP Research Power Step and Bed Step. They are kinda expensive, but I like the looks and the concept.

Is anyone out there running them? Just wondering how they are holding up. I live in KY, so I don't have to worry too much about snow and ice building up on them when they are tucked under the rockers.

For me steps are a requirement and not a luxury, LOL

I have had both for about 2 years on a 2008 NBS. I love them and would not be without them.

I got em on my 07 nbs and love em. The coating is coming off a bit and I have thought about linex'ing them, even thinking of color matching them but don't know if its worth the $$. I like how they stay hidden, by far the reason I get stopped the most. Everyone loves em. Let us know what you decide to do!

The only set i have had first hand experience with were on a cummins and the passenger side kept hanging up and you had to pry them loose with a screw driver, but it was probably just and adjustment problem... other than that the driver side step was awesome
