Rear End Damage Possible?

2004 Suburban 2500 4x4

 

Had a flat on the right rear and had no choice but to mount the much smaller spare. Question is will I damage the G80 locker driving the truck 45 miles for repair on Monday with the different tire sizes on the rear axle?

 

I could swap the spare to the front and move the front tire to the right rear but that would sure be alot of work out here in the middle of nowhere.

The G-80 unlocks when your doing over about 20 mph.
