Fog Lamp Bulbs

I was looking at the led bulbs for the fog lamps in my 09 sierra, my question is I already have 5k HID kit in the headlamps, does anyone know if there will be a considerable color difference?

why not just buy HID's for your foglights? I have 6k headlights/foglights on my mustang and plan to do the same with my truck.

because they are hard to find and I would rather know for sure that they are on at all times not just one of them from time to time. also alot easier to just change a bulb that have to mount ballast behind the bumper.

?? what do you mean one at a time. HID kits are simple plug and play and ive had no problems with them in my foglights whatsoever. i dont think they make LED bulbs for ur fogs.

I have LED fog lamp bulbs,They match my 4300k HID low beams perfectly!

?? what do you mean one at a time. HID kits are simple plug and play and ive had no problems with them in my foglights whatsoever. i dont think they make LED bulbs for ur fogs.

 

 

yes I am well aware that they are plug and play but the ones that I have in my headlights ofter dont both fire, what I am saying is only one will come on and you have to turn them off and back on again. I know different people that have had the same problems with different trucks not just GM and also different brands of ballast

Yes,They are not as bright as the stock bulbs, And they are no where near as bright as HID's,I had 4300k HID fog lamp bulbs to go along w/my HID low beams,But they were TOO bright and I would blind oncoming traffic.

I like the LED bulbs because color-wise they match my low-beam HID's,and they don't blind oncoming traffic.....There a pure White color,there just not very bright.
