Driver's Side Tail Light Issue

This is probably a simple issue and I'm more than likely just missing something... but, my tail light on the driver's side is out. They light up for the brake lights, but not the running lights. I replaced the bulbs just in case a filiment was out but it's still a no-go. So then I went to look for fuses burnt out, i've looked at many and only found a trailer light fuse blown, I replaced it with no results and I can't seem to find a fuse specifically labled driver's side left tail light running lights or ect.

 

Anyway, is there any suggestions on what other fuses to look at or anything else that could be going wrong?
