Let is sit in the sun for a while, to soften up the adhesive tape that holds it on, or use a hair dryer/heat gun to warm it.

Take some fishing line and start at one end and cut through the adhesive tape using a sawing motion.

rub off the left over adhesive that is on the body with your thumb/fingers, or try a decal remover like goo gone to remove it.

After it's all cleaned up, wax the area a time or two.

As far as the wheel well trim, it shoule just have some screws on the inside lip holing it on.  Might be some dirst/grit behind it that will need to be cleaned off, then wax that area too.

Good luck, and welcome to the forum.  :flag:

wow thanks, that molding has been getting on my nerves, really kills the lines of the car. i'll try and get that done tomorrow.

one other thing, once i tried taking the chrome wheel well trip off with a screwdriver but it was too hand and i kinda grinded the metal a bit    any tips on that?

No problem.

Do you mean you couldn't get the screws out?  If so, you might want to make sure you use a screw driver that has the tiny little teeth on the tips, so you get a better bite.  Or try shooting a little bit of WD-40 on the screw to loosen it up.  I'd try not to get it on the head of the screw, so It won't slip out.  It may be easy to spray it on the screw from the inside of the wheel well.

Wear some heavy gloves, or your fingers will be pretty sore and bloody afterwords...   :flag:
