Ticking 03 Chevy 4.8 L

New to this forum and trying to get some help. I have a 03 1500 Chevy with a 4.8 liter it has 118 k on the truck. I have a ticking noise coming from the passenger side of the engine compartment. When the vechile is started, at idle, and under acceleration this problem persists. It doesn't see to do it at highway speed but I probable can't hear it. Changed the oil mobil 1 syn and added Sea Foam to the fuel tank to clear up injector clicks. Replaced all spark plugs thinking it may have been a bad or loose plug. Any ideas other than piston slap. It has been getting worse. It does seem to increase with rpm increase. Maybe a exhaust leak??? Need help.... Thanks

probably an exhaust leak or lifter tick, i had the ticking bad when my exaust manifold was leaking...otherwise i get mild ticking on start up when cold..
