Installed new pump, the relay was reading only 4 volts- today it is reading 12-v. I still do not have power to the fuel pump. I checked all the wires to make sure they are plugged up and they are. I keep hearing about a reset switch-or fuse. Where can I find these? Could it be the harness? Did have that checked and no power there either.. New fuel filter was put on the same time as the pump.. Any advice would be GREATLy appreceiated. Thanks
