Transmission Shifting Weird

My tranny seems lazy going from 2nd to 3rd. The engine revs between gears. I can get it to do it when in second gear and stabbing the throttle. I have had it replaced about 10k ago, it was doing the same thing back then. Does anyone know if the shifts can be tightened up by programming?

Programming can increase the line pressure but that is just putting a band aid on the issue. When does it happen the most? When the tranny is cold, warm hot? May need to take it to a shop to see why its acting up again.

i have a brand new 2011 rcsc with the 6l80 and when the trans is cold it kind of flare from 2 to 3 only when giving low throttle.

I can get it to act up anytime hot or cold. I'll call the shop to see what they think.
