1987 Safari - Cold Start Problem...

I have an old GMC Safari 1987 v4.3 (astro), when not used for day or two it does not want to start, I have to step on gas and hold in order to start engine.

Battery and starter are OK and starter is spinning engine fast, i replaced it 3 months ago.

I also did tune-up: spark plugs, ignition cap and cables, rotor, air and fuel filter.

Once car starts it needs 30 seconds to start working normaly, it does have power!

Sometimes I notice that it works like when it misfireing, it was doing all this before tune-up, this mean that tune-up did not fix the problem.

What else should I check? Its old car but I love it and its in good shape so I want to keep it.

Thanks in advance and Marry Christmas!

What if the coolant temp sensor is telling the computer the wrong reading. That would cause a flooding type condition. Maybe a leaky injector/injectors. Any way to put a scanner on it and read data?
