Caddy Ext Lowered -- Please, Some Help?

I bought my 2002 Ext already modified.. it looked great and I thought, hell, someone has done things to make it look nice for me!! WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I love this truck, I have had problem after problem because well, I have learned now, even if someone did the work for you, it doesn't mean they did a good job!

 

I need some real help now, as I just bought brand new tires (22s) last year and when I went to get an oil change, as I usually do it myself but didn't this time, my right front is showing belt already on the inside!! UH OH.. CAMBER ISSUE was my first thought.. and ya, it seems that way as my camber is around -2.4 on one side and -2.1 on the other...

 

so, my question here is... does anyone know of a camber kit that I can get to get me back to where I need to be??? or am I SOL?? or... Please help as I need to get this figured out in the next few days due to my tire issue..... Thanks so much!
