2004 Noise From Tc Or Front Diff

I need some help here, I got an 2004 that makes some clunking noise from the front diff or the TC, it only makes that noise when its under load and in 4hi and 4 low. Any one have any ideas.

 

Fluid level are good, truck has about 140k miles

Check the front axle ujoints. Also check the gear lube for metal on the drain plug magnet
