I have a 2001 Z71 4wd with about 200,000 miles on it. It just popped the service engine light so I plugged my OBII scanner into the port and the scanner did not come on. I tested the scanner on another vehicle and it was fine. Is there a fuse or other relay that may be bad and not allowing power to get to the port.

Any help will be most appreciated.
