Jingling Noise

Ive recently got a jingling noise from under the hood. It is not there when idling or light throttle acceleration. The noise corresponds to engine rpm and is only apparent under medium to heavy throttle. Maybe a bearing in the alternator or something else run off the serpentine belt? Any help would be appreciated. Happy Friday!

If I turn on the a/c should the sound stop or get worse or no change?

I've heard many load knock plagued engines, where the driver is too easy on the throttle all the time and carbon builds up in the engine and I've also heard exhaust leaks sound really close to the same. I'm betting it's the load knock issue under fair to high acceleration. It usually sounds kinda like something is rattling around in a cylinder with kinda a sharp sound like someone is hitting a piece of hard metal with a hammer.

If it is the same thing I have it's almost sounds like a whistle. As in, a referee whistle (but much quieter).

 

Mine does it sometimes at idle and under light load.

 

I have an 07 nnbs 5.3l.
