I have recently noticed my truck has a "clicking noise" coming from some where in the front end after backing up and then driving forward while turning hard right. I can feal and hear something. Any ideas, the truck has about 30K on it.

Check the Cv joints. Get under there and look at your CV boots (inner and outer) on both sides coming out of the differential. Look for tears or grease leaking from them. Might be due to the leveling kit. I have about 45,000 miles on my truck and have replaced both axles due to tears in the CV boots. My cv joints never went out because I had the axles replaced before they could. If there is a tear or anything in those boots, dirt and water will get in there, and it is a matter of time before joint goes probably. I'm sure others will chime in on other stuff it could be.
