Possible To Cut An Extended Cab Headliner To Fit A Standard Cab?

Can a headliner from an 1995 Chevy 2500 extended cab pickup be cut down to fit into an 1988 Standard cab Chevy k1500?

This guys is parting out his truck in my area and has the right color headliner for sale.

Appreciate any guidance on this.

Im sure you could, but since most headliners are molded, you might have some compat. issues, also it probably wont look good and eventually start to fall apart like most old headliners do, what you can do is take your old liner out, go to a fabric store and pick your color, then get the adhesive glue and glue the new liner to the board and you have new headliner.
