2005 Tahoe Will Not Turn Over\start

My wifes 2005 Tahoe began having starting issues a couple of weeks ago. It will periodically not start. It does not turn the engine over or engage the starter at all. All of the lights appear fine. I had it towed to the dealership and as luck would have it, it started. They checked the battery which was good but couldn't furhter diagnosis it because it was starting fine. Less then a week later it did it again. We got it to start a few hours later and took it back to the dealership. It started the next 5-6 times they tried it but finally did the same thing to the service underwriter. He had a mechanic look at and he thought he heard a noise in one of the fuse boxes. Before he could troubleshoot it fully the vehicle started. It has not acted up in 4 days that they have had it. I am stunned that they cannot determine the issue without an error code or it not acting up. I am at a loss on how to resolove this since I can't leave her car there indefinetly. Any direction or suggestions would be appreciated. Thx!
