99 Blazer Lost 4wd

Hey guys, my brother has a 99 Blazer and the 4WD does not seem to work. It has the electronic transfer case and it appears there is no power to the switch (all lights are out) and no power to the tccm. What are the first things to check and where? Yes I have confirmed the fuses are good both under the hood and in the cab. Are there any others that I am missing? How do I test the switch itself? What pin on the switch harness should be the hot?

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
