Need Help Spark Plugs and Wires for a 1999 Z-71

I am going to change the plugs and wires on my truck. I need to know what plugs and wires that are reccommended and the gap that is reccommended. The truck has 76,800 miles on it and is feeling a little weak. The only things that I have done to the truck is 285 tires and a drop in K&N Filter. January, I am going to a place called Saudi Arbia in Darlington, South Carolina. It is a really big sand hill area where people climb the hills with there trucks and ATV'S. My older cousin has a 1998 Dodge Sport  and my younger cousin has a ford 4 wd and I dont wanna be out climded, so I am getting my truck in tip top shape. All help would be appreciated. Thanks, Kenny

I live in Buford, Georgia but I travel to Darlington and Florence once a month to see my parents. The sand hills are off of river road. I think it is old Hwy. 34. I have the new 5.3 engine
